1. This machine adopts imported linear guide rail for transmission to ensure the minimum vibration during cutting and a smooth sawing surface.
2. The integrated CNC feeding and cutting machine head and bed adopt integral welding, annealing, and CNC gantry machining center to ensure the precision.
3. Pneumatic damping cylinder feed cutting is adopted, with stable cutting feed speed, stepless speed regulation, and fast tool return.
4. The tool cooling system adopts Japanese micro spray system, and the tool lubrication is centralized.
5. The length positioning adopts closed-loop control, which will not reduce the positioning accuracy due to rack and gear wear.
6. Equipped with an automatic feeding function, when the feeding trolley completes feeding, it returns to the tail, and the automatic feeding rack automatically sends the material to the feeding trolley. The clamps on the feeding trolley compress and feed the material.
7. The discharge rack automatically exits the cut material from the machine head box and then places it on the horizontal conveyor belt which operates to transport the cut finished product to the stacking area.
8. The 5.5 KW vacuum cleaner is used for aluminum scrap recycling, and the box type vacuum cleaner is used.
9. Using a separate cutting method, after the cutting is completed, the profile is automatically separated, and the tool returns without contacting the profile.
