This machine is mainly used for cutting doors, windows, curtain walls, or industrial profiles at any angle. The rotation angle of the workbench is 22.5°-140°, and the swing angle of the saw blade ranges from 90°to 45°. The feeding method adopts a damping method to ensure stable feeding and rapid retraction, avoiding gas channeling and knife shaking during use. The maximum outer diameter of the diamond saw blade can reach 600mm, with high linear speed and high machining precision. The swing angle of the saw blade of this machine tool is driven by a high-precision servo electric cylinder; Both rotation and length positioning adopt servo plus closed-loop repetitive positioning. The sawing adopts a special 4kw high-power motor, which is more suitable for cutting industrial profiles, aluminum curtain wall materials in oversized sizes, and various arbitrary angles. It can be controlled by online ERP (optional), and can be equipped with a vacuum cleaner (optional).
