Fully automatic CNC double head saw with arbitrary angle, suitable for cutting various aluminum profiles in angle and length. This machine uses a 3KW motor to directly install the saw blade, and imported linear guide rail transmission to ensure small vibration during cutting and smooth sawing surface. The imported damping cylinder is used for feeding, which ensures stable feeding and fast retraction speed. The angle control of this machine uses an imported absolute value motor to ensure the accuracy of swing angle positioning. The length positioning uses an imported servo control system in conjunction with an imported reducer, which is fast and accurate in positioning. It has an automatic feeding function and comes with a cutting optimization interface.
