It is mainly used for cutting aluminum alloy door and window materials, as well as plastic profiles. It uses a carbide saw blade, with an outer diameter of up to 22″ with high linear speed, and high processing accuracy. When the machine tool is working, two saw blades can be cut simultaneously or separately. The machine is with an automatic feeding system. The cutting interface is optimized. The pneumatic swing angle of the saw blade is 90°and 45°. This machine tool is based on the Omron CNC system in Japan, with high positioning accuracy and repetitive positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm. The original Italian straight motor with high cutting accuracy and good stability. More suitable for cutting aluminum doors and windows.
