It is mainly used for cutting aluminum alloy door and window materials, as well as plastic profiles. It uses a carbide saw blade, with an outer diameter of up to 22″ with high linear speed, and high processing accuracy. When the machine is working, the two saw blades can be cut simultaneously or separately. The pneumatic swing angle of the saw blade is 90°and 45°. This machine tool is equipped with a Panasonic numerical control system from Japan and an ELGO original feedback system from Germany, with high positioning accuracy and repetitive repositioning accuracy up to 0.1mm. Original Italian straight motor with high cutting accuracy and good stability. More suitable for cutting aluminum doors and windows.
