1. This machine is suitable for aluminium profiles processing such as system windows and doors, home decoration series.

2. Moulds on this model of machine adopts a brand new design concept:

• A feeding guide module is added to the front end of the mould station to make the feeding more convenient, quickly and smoothly.
• The raw material is high-quality wear-resistant steel and vacuum heat treatment technique is applied so that perform the best result of material.
• Mould components are processed with CNC in order to improve higher accuracy of components.
• The top cover and protective plates can fully protect operators and reduce potential safety hazards.
• Protective plates label each profile section corresponding to each mould which is clear to operators.

3. The punch design is more user-friendly and more modern:

• Appearance design is industrial style with vibrant colour.
• The waste collection boxes are added on the left and right sides of the punch. The processed waste can be collected in the by air guns. This can improve the workshop cleanliness and also avoid the danger of fall down if step on the waste.
• The punch equips with longer foot pedal, no need to move the pedal while working.
